PGL Spraying Dryer Granulator

Summary: Spraying dryer granulator which combines the spray drying technology and fluid bed granulation technology organically intergrated as one of the new model granulation equipment. It utilizes the negative pressure so that hot air flow make atomized droplets in the expansion chamber fast drying, and mutual bouding into granules, the granules size can be adjusted according to parameters to control. Features: Combines mixing, spray drying, granulation, granule coating into an integral one. Produce sugar free or sugar granules with very little assistant materials at a small dosage. Save a lot of alcohol by using liquid materials as adhesive wetting. Granules melt instantly,infusion dissolve easily, and the tablets disintegrate easily. Equipment pressure by 2 bar standard design with each parts of a good grounding. The machine works at a negative pressure, the inner surface in very clean without dead corner, easy clean meet the requirements of "GMP".
